Clear rules for real connections

These terms govern the public GEN Z Dating website and will apply to the member service when it launches. GEN Z Dating is operated in Telangana, India by Bhalke Srikanth as a sole proprietor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and provide accurate information. You may not use the service if you have been removed for safety or legal reasons.

Community standards

• Respect consent and personal boundaries at every stage.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, scam or exploit anyone.
• Do not share another person’s private information or intimate content without permission.
• Do not use the service for commercial solicitation, unlawful activity or financial schemes.

Verification and safety

Identity or age checks can reduce impersonation but are not guarantees of a person’s identity, intentions or behaviour. Members remain responsible for their choices and should follow the published safety guidance.

Bookings and payments

Any future payment will be processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. The price, deposit, cancellation window and refund eligibility will be displayed before a member confirms a transaction. GEN Z Dating does not currently accept live bookings or payments.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or remove accounts that create safety risk, violate these terms, misuse the service or create legal exposure. Members may request account deletion at any time, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Limitations

The service may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, GEN Z Dating is not responsible for conduct between members or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
